slow cook rice pudd
I cup rice
4 cups milk. I use teacups.

grease slow cooker.
chuck it all in,i also add half tin or so of condensed milk to sweeten it.
add any flavouring you like.
cook on low stirring regularly until cooked.

you can also substitute some milk for double cream.

i quite often do a rice pudding but never thought of using the slow cooker. yet to taste one like mums done in the aga over night in the bottom oven
