Sausage Pie
8oz sausage meat

2oz butter

2 onions chopped

4oz mash potato

sea salt and black pepper

2 eggs

1/4 pint milk

1 green pepper chopped

a good pinch paprika

1 tin tomatoes



soften the onion in the butter and add the sausage meat and mash

strain the toms(keep the juice)and add to pan with the green pepper

make the strained juice up to1/4pint with water and add to mixture

add seasoning and cook gently on low heat for 20mins,then place in baking tin

beat the eggs and milk together and pour over the top

Bake in a 425f/220c/gas mark7 oven for aprrox 25-30mins until golden.



I make a double quantity as it will keep in the fridge for a few days.
